the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pass
through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Combine the strawberry pur
with the tea, lemonade concentrate and lemon
juice in a large pitcher and chill for at least 1 hour or until serving
To serve : add the sparkling water to the strawberry mixture and pour into
glasses. Garnish each serving with a lemon slice.
Yield : approx. 2 quarts (1.75 liters).
